To create a new profile

First before proceeding create a backup of your current profile in the event some data does not transfer or you forget something to prevent it
been permanently lost.

To do this navigate to %AppData%\8pecxstudios\Cyberfox\Profiles in side the profiles folder you will find your profile right click and select copy
and paste a copy in a safe location.

Please bookmark and pages from your active browsing session you wish to keep,
Create a folder in your bookmarks just to store them so bookmark all pages in your session and history you wish to keep.
Continue to next step.

Step: 1 To export your bookmarks:
Navigate to ether app-menu bookmarks show all bookmarks | menu-bar bookmarks show all bookmarks or press ctrl + shift + B
This will bring up the library now click the import and backup drop-down menu and select the menu item called "export bookmarks to html"
Then save this in a safe location that you can remember where its saved to.

Step: 2 To Export saved logins or passwords:
Next if you keep logins or saved passwords in the browsers internal manager then please follow this FAQ article to back them up.
How To Transfer Saved Passwords To Another Profile: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=441
Copy the required files then save them with the bookmarks.

Step: 3 Get list of installed addons:
This will make it easier to remember what addons you had installed.
Next go to about:support or help\troubleshooting information Scroll down to extensions then copy that block of text to your clipboard and
save it to a text file.
So you have a list of the addons you had installed.

Step: 4 Remove old profile:
Type about:support in to the browser url bar or navigate to Help >> Troubleshooting Information
Now under Profile Folder click the Show Folder button.
Now close cyberfox leaving the folder open, Check task manager to make sure cyberfox.exe process has terminated successfully.
Now make sure your inside the profile folder the browser open and press CRTL + A to highlight all the file and folders in the profile folder.
Now make sure your inside the profile folder by looking at the path on top of the explorer window "Now right click and select delete"
This will delete all files in the profile folder.

Step: 5 Start Cyberfox:
Now start cyberfox it will generate new profile files.

Step: 6 Import your bookmarks:
Navigate to ether app-menu bookmarks show all bookmarks | menu-bar bookmarks show all bookmarks or press ctrl + shift + B
This will bring up the library now click the import and backup drop-down menu and select the menu item called "import bookmarks from html"
Then navigate to the location you saved the exported file too.

Step: 7 To Import saved logins or passwords:
Next if you had saved signons or passwords then follow the last part of the How To Transfer Saved Passwords To Another Profile: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=441 and copy them over to your new profile.

Step: 8 Install addons:
Next open the text document of the list of addons them reinstall all you addons from addons.mozilla.org
Lastly if you had a browsing session you saved and all the above is complete located the pages you bookmarked from
your old browsing session and open the pages and create your new browsing session once successfully completed and all is working
you can remove the bookmark entries created to transfer your pages over if you so choose.
This will create a new profile with your previous profile data and allow you to import and restore as much possible user data with minimal loss.

Notes:
(Additional Options For) Step: 2 To Export saved logins or passwords:
For password exporting\importing you can us this addon Password Exporter
Install the extension in the "old profile" and export passwords. Two formats are offered and I did both. The XML file format was the best with a 100% success rate whereas the CSV file format would have "lost" about 20% of the passwords.
