I was using 64-bit Cyberfox 52.9.1, on Windows 7, to access a streaming app on two separate websites published by two different securities brokerages, and was denied access to the streaming apps on both websites. Initially, I was able to log into the websites on supplying correct username and password, but failed to gain entry to the apps. The error messages asked that a Chrome or a Firefox browser be installed for the purpose.
However, when I was using a previous version of Cyberfox before I upgraded it to version 52.9.1, I did not encounter the problem mentioned above. Could this mean the previous Cyberfox version was recognised as a Firefox, but, due to certain causes, the current one is not?
Please could you advise or give any assistance so this problem could be solved. I thank you in advance.
